If you have booked an airport transfer through Trafalgar, you will be met after customs at your London arrival airport by your Addison Lee driver, who will then transfer you to your hotel.

If you booked your hotel through Trafalgar, place one suitcase per person outside your room by 6:00 AM.
Note: Porters will bring this luggage to reception only. Youβll need to personally carry all luggage to the coach.

Pro Tip: Only one person per couple/group needs to check in. Others should go ahead to breakfast to beat the crowd!
π½ 6:30 AM β Breakfast Opens (For those who booked the hotel through Trafalgar only)
You will have only 20 minutes to enjoy breakfast. Though brief, guests strongly prefer this quick hotel breakfast over a boxed meal.Β Otherwise there are cafes at the Eurostar Terminal (they take Β£) or on the Eurostar itself.Β

We must leave on time to catch the Eurostar, so please be prompt and understanding.

Board the coach for transfer to St Pancras Station. Weβll take the Eurostar train to Brussels, where your tour coach and driver will meet you.
Make sure you have your passport on your person β checks will 100% take place this morning - the UK is not part of the EU.
